$130,000 - $260,000 / year Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Providing programming and development support ensuring business needs are developed and deployed in the customer's enterprise ServiceNow platform. * Designing and customizing ServiceNow consistent with platform governance and in a manner that optimizes efficiency and user experience. * Collaborating with other platform development teams as needed. * Providing automated testing of new capabilities with regression against existing capabilities. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with: * Using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Developing ServiceNow OR advanced experience with software development OR experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience. * Creating catalog items, using Flow Designer, and an understanding of business rules. * Business process analysis, including evaluating customer needs, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements. * Systems evaluation, such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve/correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. * Process improvement, such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls. * Program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach. * IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change and release management. * Knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to development under this request.
