The Role

• Source and develop leads, prospect new clients, and continually network within the community.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through competitive drive and strategic planning.
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities to build rapport and close deals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to foster client retention and loyalty.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and full commitment to building a profitable and sustainable business.
• Prospecting and networking to identify potential new members and sales opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire.
