Job Title: Oracle Utilities CC&B Lead Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL 60603 or Baltimore, MD (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CC&B Functional Lead to drive strategic initiatives in CCB area. The role will focus on stakeholder engagement, current-state assessments, solution design, modernization strategy, and migration planning for Oracle Utilities platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business and application assessments for Oracle Utilities CC&B environments.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and program leadership to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze current-state processes, applications, integrations, and operating models.
  • Perform fit-gap assessments and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Define target-state business processes and high-level solution designs.
  • Develop modernization, migration, and transformation of roadmaps.
  • Evaluate impacts to business processes, data, integrations, and operations.
  • Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to executive stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of Utilities industry experience.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B processes.
  • Proven experience leading assessments, discovery workshops, and solution design initiatives.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, gap assessment, and roadmap development.
  • Experience with application modernization, migration, or transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable solution strategies.
