We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on General Manager & Site Leader to lead our newly developing high-tech materials business in Port Richey, Florida. Managing a high-growth, high-tech site with approximately $25M in revenue, you will have complete operational and financial ownership of the facility.
Your primary focus will be two-fold: building and cultivating a winning technical production team to support our aggressive growth trajectory, and managing full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities to ensure sustainable profitability and operational excellence. As the site's top executive, you will bridge divisional strategy with local execution, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Building

•    Mentor, coach, and develop site staff, creating robust succession plans and a collaborative culture aligned with company values.
•    Establish performance metrics and accountability structures to ensure the team effectively supports the site's rapid growth.

Financial & P&L Management
•    Hold full P&L accountability for the $25M site, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost management.
•    Develop, manage, and execute annual operating budgets, capital expenditure (CapEx) plans, and financial forecasts.
•    Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability.

Operations & Strategic Growth
•    Oversee all daily site operations, including technical production, supply chain, quality assurance, engineering, and facilities management.
•    Scale production capabilities safely and efficiently to meet expanding market demands for our high-tech materials.
•    Align site operational strategies with the overarching goals set by the divisional Vice President.

Safety, Compliance & Community
•    Maintain an unyielding commitment to workplace safety, ensuring strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
•    Serve as the primary representative and brand ambassador for the company within the local Port Richey community and regional business ecosystem.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/management field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is                 highly preferred.
•    10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-tech manufacturing or advanced materials environment.
•    Proven track record of full P&L ownership, with a strong financial acumen and experience managing operations or equivalent projects valued at $20M+ in revenue.
•    Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading technical production and manufacturing teams from the ground up.
•    Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and EHS standards.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report effectively to corporate executive leadership while engaging directly with the shop floor.
