Job Description

8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM development and integrations using REST APIs.
Experience interpreting ServiceNow Health Scan and Instance Scan reports and providing remediation solutions.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
Experience with JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform.
Knowledge of Domain Separation and Scoped Application management.
Experience with the ServiceNow development lifecycle and outcome-based planning.
Ability to identify and implement platform performance improvements using Instance Observer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD, and integrations is an added advantage.
