Building Envelope Inside Sales Specialist

Badgerland Supply, Inc. - Pewaukee is seeking a Building Envelope specialist to support contractors with high-quality exterior system solutions. In this on-site role, you'll help interpret plans, assemble material lists, and coordinate orders for insulation, air/vapor barriers, exterior sheathing, and related products. You'll work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate, on-time shipments while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Assist contractors with product selection for building envelope systems (insulation, air/vapor barriers, exterior assemblies)
• Review plans and specs to help prepare material lists and basic takeoffs
• Coordinate orders, staging, and accurate loading of building envelope materials
• Work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries
• Maintain inventory accuracy and help manage stock levels for key envelope products
• Provide responsive customer service to commercial and residential contractor accounts
• Uphold safety procedures in warehouse, yard, and loading operations
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support project timelines and priorities
