We are looking for a creative and results-orientedย Marketing Executiveย to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, and contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate will combineย creative thinking, market understanding, campaign execution, data analysis, and strong communication skillsย to develop effective marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across relevant digital and offline channels.
- Develop creative ideas and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Support the planning and execution ofย marketing campaigns, events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyse market data, campaign performance, and customer insights to support marketing decisions.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely campaign execution.
- Support content and promotional activities acrossย social media, websites, email, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor social media performance, web analytics, and other digital marketing metrics.
- Maintain and update marketing information, campaign trackers, CRM records, and reports.
- Support lead-generation and customer-engagement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, campaign reports, marketing materials, and performance updates.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and execution requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Stay updated onย marketing trends, digital platforms, customer behaviour, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Contribute new ideas and creative approaches to improve brand visibility and business outcomes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of experienceย in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree inย Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding ofย marketing principles, campaign planning, market research, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with market research techniques, data analysis, and basic statistical concepts.
- Experience working withย CRM and marketing software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms andย web/digital analytics tools.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop practical and engaging marketing ideas.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency inย MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and market data.
