Must have have experience
A hands-on engineer who can combine GenAI/agent expertise, strong engineering fundamentals, and customer-facing skills to rapidly deliver production-ready Gemini CX solutions.
We are looking for Forward Deployed Engineers with strong Gemini CX and AI engineering expertise to design, build, and deploy customer-facing solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with Gemini CX, agent architecture, and generative AI workflow orchestration.
Experience with Customer Engagement Suite (CES) and/or CCAI (Dialogflow CX/ES, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights).
Strong software engineering skills across agent development, backend integrations, secure APIs, data pipelines, telemetry, and custom tooling.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers in onsite and remote environments.
Ability to take solutions from architecture and prototyping through deployment.
Telecom domain experience preferred.
Google Cloud certifications and prior GECX bootcamp participation are preferred but not mandatory.
