ICT Digital Delivery Manager<br />Location: Exeter, Winfrith, Dorset<br />Salary: Starts at £64,650 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £72,972 per annum<br />Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time<br />Closing Date: 15th of October 2026<br />The Alliance ICT Department delivers vital technology services to Devon &amp; Cornwall Police and Dorset Police, supporting over 10,000 officers and staff.<br />We’re looking for an experienced ICT Infrastructure &amp; Digital Delivery Manager to lead the design, delivery, and performance of the core infrastructure platforms that underpin policing operations.<br />This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for ensuring our infrastructure is secure, resilient, high-performing, and ready for future digital demands.<br />What you’ll be responsible for<br />You will lead multidisciplinary teams and suppliers across key infrastructure domains:

• Hosting &amp; Cloud Platforms Data centres, hybrid cloud environments, storage, backup, and resilience
• Networks &amp; Connectivity LAN/WAN, remote access, telephony, and mission-critical connectivity
• Communications Airwave services and transition to the Emergency Services Network (ESN)
• Cyber &amp; Technical Security Infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and remediation<br />You will:
• Own infrastructure service performance, availability, and continuous improvement
• Lead supplier and partner relationships, including strategic partners such as BT
• Manage contracts, SLAs, and commercial performance
• Drive modernisation of infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments
• Collaborate with Digital, Innovation, and operational stakeholders<br />What we’re looking for<br />You are a proven infrastructure leader who combines technical depth with strategic leadership.<br />You will bring:
• Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud, networks, hosting, and security domains
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and outsourced services
• A track record of delivering resilient, high-availability services
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
