We re looking for a Lead Data Analytics professional to turn data into real-time insights that shape customer experiences, improve app performance, and drive smarter business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, thinks critically under pressure, spots patterns quickly, and knows how to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
What You ll Do
- Own and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) from initial definition through ongoing measurement and improvement.
- Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights to Developers, Product teams, and Leadership.
- Analyze customer behavior, application performance, and experimentation results, including A/B tests, to identify what s working and what needs to change.
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities quickly and translate findings into meaningful actions.
- Turn complex datasets into clear, compelling stories that help stakeholders understand the why behind the numbers and make confident decisions.
- Partner closely with Design, Product, Engineering, and Management in a collaborative, rapid-iteration environment.
- Challenge assumptions and uncover new opportunities through data-driven problem solving.
Qualifying candidates will have:
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to think independently, solve ambiguous problems, and make sound decisions.
- Comfort working with incomplete, evolving, or imperfect data in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence business and product decisions, rather than simply report results.
- Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
