Detection & Response Security Engineer

OpenAI is seeking a Security Engineer on Detection & Response to build and operate systems that detect and respond to threats across endpoints, cloud, and datacenters. You will work with security teams and infrastructure owners to define telemetry, threat models, and response playbooks from day one.

Ideal candidates have hands-on threat detection and incident response experience, knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and automation to reduce toil.
