Team Lead, Neurological Early Rehabilitation | Michelau in Oberfranken, Germany | Hybrid We are seeking a motivated individual to join a leading healthcare provider specializing in psychosomatics, orthopedics, and neurology. The Role • Lead and mentor the nursing team on the neurological early rehabilitation ward A0. • Plan staffing schedules, including duty and vacation plans, and coordinate workflows with a focus on efficiency and process optimization. • Support the professional development of staff through targeted training and educational initiatives. • Foster collaboration with other departments and workgroups, and lead projects. • Actively participate in direct patient care, providing hands-on support to the team. What You'll Need • Qualified as a registered nurse (e.g., general nursing, geriatric nursing) with ideally several years of experience in neurological early rehabilitation. • A qualification as a ward manager or in comparable leadership roles is advantageous. • High level of initiative, professional competence, and a strong sense of responsibility. • Demonstrated engagement, flexibility, assertiveness, and commercial awareness. • Team player with strong cooperation skills, proficiency in hospital information systems, and a commitment to continuous learning.
