Non IT Financial Project Manager

• 5 or more years of Non IT project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including WBS creation, dependencies, baselines, critical paths, resources, and schedule variance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, project dashboards, reporting tools, and document repositories.
• Experience in requirements traceability, risk management, testing coordination, change management, and operational readiness.
• Experience with cross-functional delivery, vendor oversight, regulatory projects, implementation planning, and audit-ready documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Own projects from intake through implementation, stabilization, operational handoff, and formal closure.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, contingencies, and delivery forecasts.
• Translate business needs into traceable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing plans, and deliverables.
• Direct cross-functional teams, vendors, meetings, decisions, action items, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, earned value, risks, issues, changes, readiness, and overall project performance.
• Maintain executive reporting, meeting records, decision logs, project artifacts, process documentation, and audit-ready files.
