Sr Business Analyst - Tempe/Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

• 5+ years Business Analyst / Functional BA experience
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience conducting gap analysis and current/future-state analysis
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementation/deployment projects
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Experience documenting meeting decisions, action items, requirements, risks, and findings
• Strong process analysis and functional documentation
• Ability to communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently within an assigned functional/business domain
• Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, SharePoint, or similar requirements/project tools
• Must be within reasonable commuting distance of Tempe/Phoenix, AZ
