IT Systems Engineer

Provide first-line IT support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and cloud desktop issues. Manage help desk tickets, monitor email security filters, and support technology rollouts, upgrades and testing across business systems. This hybrid role is based in Poughkeepsie and includes on-call support and travel to company offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Perform daily checks of off-site spam, attachment and content filters.
• Troubleshoot access and performance issues in the cloud desktop environment.
• Manage help desk tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for urgent support issues.
• Support technology rollouts, upgrades and testing, including travel to offices as needed.
