The Role

• Lead and manage the fresh food counter team, acting as a role model.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Drive sales through appealing displays, expert customer advice, and efficient service.
• Implement promotional activities and manage inventory, pricing, and stock flow.
• Oversee cost and revenue development, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage procurement.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in baked goods or self-service fresh counters.
• Strong knowledge of products, with a keen eye for freshness and quality.
• A solutions-oriented and results-driven approach, with a structured and conscientious work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork, customer orientation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
