The Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement processes across various stages of service projects and products.
• Manage procurement projects, including structuring and processing complex procurement requirements for efficient handling.
• Oversee contract management activities and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define contractual requirements for external purchases and initiate timely procurement actions.
• Engage in internal meetings and supplier discussions.
• Draft and manage "back-to-back" contract templates derived from customer agreements.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economic Law, or equivalent professional experience in procurement or project management.
• Proven experience in procuring parts through different product lifecycle phases.
• Knowledge of project management, contract law, and a structured, analytical approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills.
• Fluency in English; military expertise is advantageous.
