As a former Farmers agency owner who built a highly profitable agency from the ground up—and now a Farmers District Manager in the Scottsdale/Phoenix Metro area—I work closely with candidates throughout their development and help them prepare for long-term success. No previous insurance experience is required. We’re looking for driven, coachable professionals with strong leadership potential, a sales mindset, and a desire to build a long-term career. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers
• Build relationships with clients and identify insurance needs
• Present insurance products and coverage options
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer opportunities
• Work toward individual sales and production goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Use agency technology and CRM tools to manage activity
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Build the leadership and business skills needed for future agency growth

Requirements
Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a sales and performance-driven environment
• Ability to manage priorities and follow through consistently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in leadership and business development
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain required Arizona insurance licenses
• Previous sales, leadership, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• No previous insurance experience required
