Entry Level Sales Specialist

Year Up United seeks an Entry Level Sales Specialist to support outreach and enrollment for its workforce development programs. In this role, you will qualify and nurture leads from schools, community partners, and events, conduct discovery calls, and clearly communicate program benefits to prospective students and families. You'll use CRM tools to track pipelines, schedule info sessions, and follow up to move prospects through the funnel. Collaborate with program and corporate engagement teams to hit enrollment targets, refine outreach messaging, and uphold our equity-driven, inclusive, mission-first culture while representing Year Up United in the community.
