Customer Support Representative (Gurgaon)

Jindal Biotech Private Limited is a privately held company started way back in 2011 with a vision to provide highly safe and enhanced quality products. We are engaged in medical and surgical manufacturing and supplies of superior varieties of safety products like Medical Cotton, Dressings, Bandages, Surgical Tapes, Personal Protection Wear such as Gowns, Masks, Drapes, Coveralls, Shoe Covers etc.

Our manufacturing plant is under name of “Imperial Medcare” and is CE and ISO 13485 certified, and having MDR-5 manufacturing license. Products are manufactured and packed in a controlled environment, which has been designed as per class 9 specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage large number of incoming and outgoing calls
2. Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
3. Take orders from the customer over the calls
4. Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary
5. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow ups
6. Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
7. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Desired Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication & presentation skills
2. Good listening & problem-solving skills
3. Good interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
4. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
5. Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel, Emails.
6. Preference will be given to candidates with graduation in Biotechnology/Microbiology/pharmacy
7. Preferred candidates from Gurgaon location

Working Conditions:

1. 6 days in a week

2. Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm(Office Timings)

3. Travelling will not be there
