Job Description:
Create master test plans, define quality assurance parameters, and establish testing strategies aligned with project and business goals.
Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test scripts, test cases, and functional, regression, performance, and integration tests.
Build, maintain, and integrate automated test frameworks and scripts into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Identify, log, track, and troubleshoot software defects using bug-tracking tools and perform root-cause analysis.
Work closely with software developers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure smooth product releases.
Recommend standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to improve team efficiency.
REQUIRED:
  • Agile methodology Required 7 Years
  • Waterfall methodology Required 7 Years
  • Scrum methodology Required 7 Years
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required 7 Years
  • Dedicated software testing experience. Required 7 Years
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and SQL for database validation Required
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, API testing tools, and performance tools Required
  • Experience in using requirements traceability matrices to verify that all required components are fully tested and delivered. Required
  • Strong critical thinking, root-cause analysis, and communication to explain technical flaws to non-technical stakeholders. Required
  • Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. Highly desired
  • Technical & Automation Skills Required
  • Analytical & Testing Mindset Required
  • Certified Software Testing Professional (CSTE) required. Required
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred. Highly desired
  • Experience with Azure DevOps preferred. Highly desired
  • Experience with Copado preferred. Highly desired
  • Experience with .Net preferred. Highly desired
  • Experience with Web UI Automation (i.e. Playwright) Highly desired
