This role targets professionals experienced in building relationships with architects, developers, and business owners, and managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion.

Sell end-to-end commercial design/build and furnishing solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: from cold outreach → proposal → close
Build strategic partnerships with brokers, contractors, and designers
Develop and manage a $1M+ pipeline
500K+ in new revenue in year one
~Strong partner network (“power partners”) established early
~ Consistent pipeline growth and deal flow
3+ years of B2B sales experience
~ Proven hunter mentality (prospecting, cold outreach, closing)
~ Experience selling into commercial real estate, design, or construction is a big plus
~ Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach
