Position: Contact Center Technology Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ ( Inperson is must ) 
Duration: 12+months
 
Job Description:
Seeking a Contact Center Technology Engineer with 3–5+ years of experience working with Contact Center/CCaaS platforms, IVR, ACD, call routing, and contact center integrations.

Key Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Contact Center technologies/platforms such as Five9, Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or NICE
  • Good knowledge of Python and SQL/query languages
  • Some experience with Google Cloud Platform / cloud technologies
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, troubleshooting, and contact center workflows
  • Strong understanding of IVR, call routing, queues, and agent technologies
