Data Fusion Software Engineering Mgr - L5 with Security Clearance

Job Number 3563 Standard Job Description Manages Fusion software development activities for teams executing across multiple contracts. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, team capability development, oversee contract execution, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Oversees the design, development, documentation, and testing of software that contains logical and complex mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle to include refinement of existing processes for improvement and efficiencies.

Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Ensures software standards are met. Coordinate with all other Fusion teams to ensure coordianted on-time delivery of content.

Basic Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle of Software Engineering or Systems Engineering for software intensive projects • Demonstrated experience and understanding managing software and systems engineering efforts using Agile methods, processes, and practices • Recent formal leadership experience (within the last year) • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
