Neara is seeking an accomplished VP Delivery to scale globally, owning model build, deployment operations, and contractor management for enterprise SaaS utilities. Report to the CEO and partner with Success, Engineering, and Product to ensure outcomes meet customer value.

You will lead teams across AU, US, EU, and India, drive AI adoption in deployment, and manage delivery risk and velocity at scale. Sydney-based with international travel to focus on the US market.
