Job Title:  Senior Mobile QA Automation Analyst

Location: Irving, TX

Duration: Long-term

Job description:

Client is seeking an IT Senior Mobile QA Automation Analyst with strong hands-on automation development and testing experience.

The consultant will play a key role in building and maintaining our Agentic AI Automation Framework to support both Website and Mobile App automation initiatives.  

 Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 13+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools such as Appium, Espresso, Playwright, Maestro, or similar technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience navigating GIT-based source repositories such as Bitbucket or Github with a solid understanding of branching strategies in GIT.
  • Experience automating hybrid mobile applications with familiarity with cloud-based device testing platforms such as BrowserStack or TestMu (formerly Lambdatest).
  • Acts as a self-starter by independently driving test automation initiatives, identifying quality risks early, developing innovative testing solutions, and continuously improving automation frameworks, processes, and test coverage while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Iterative and Agile/SCRUM methodologies, including Sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Working ability to remain effective under stress, respond appropriately to pressure, and maintain productivity, professionalism, and quality in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient ability to remain flexible, adapt to changing priorities, and respond with urgency to evolving business and project needs while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Consistently demonstrates a commitment to client policies and procedures, including compliance with organizational standards, quality requirements, security guidelines, and established operational processes.
  • Proficient communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and convey technical and business information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
