Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Accounting Specialist to process high-volume accounts payable transactions, reconcile funds and billings, verify checks and electronic transfers, and enter accounting transactions into the general ledger. The role also involves researching vendor and contract information, maintaining spreadsheets, preparing financial reports, and providing guidance on travel policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or specialized administrative experience.
• 2 years of high-volume Accounts Payable processing experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet preparation.
• High school diploma or GED.
