They are seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join a significant enterprise IT contract. The role involves leading operations across multiple locations and ensuring the functionality and security of critical systems.
The Role
• Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave network enterprise.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain complex Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management systems.
• Enforce security strategies and policies within established guidelines for Identity and Access Management (IdAM) functions.
• Train remote personnel, such as Trusted Agents, on basic duties and procedures.
• Perform routine PKI server maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.
What You'll Need
• Experience interacting with customers, including senior executives, to manage inquiries and resolve problems.
• Proficiency in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts, including token cards and soft certificates for authentication and secure communications.
• Experience with RCVS, OCSP, Certificate Authorities, and other PKI technologies.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts.
• Experience with issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for two-factor authentication.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical findings and guide users.
