Outside Marketing Representative

Renuity, a fast-growing national home remodeling company, is seeking an Outside Marketing Representative to generate high-quality leads for bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. In this field-based role, you'll canvas neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote Renuity's customized solutions while scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. You'll represent a customer-focused, performance-driven brand that values professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for home remodeling projects through neighborhood canvassing and local marketing outreach
• Engage homeowners in person to introduce Renuity's bath, window, door, and remodeling solutions
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for the sales team and accurately capture contact information
• Represent Renuity's brand and values with a professional, customer-focused approach in the field
• Track daily activity, leads, and appointments using company tools and follow defined processes
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and territory coverage
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, communication, and territory management
• Provide feedback on market trends, homeowner needs, and local competition to support marketing strategy
