Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Product Owner
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Job Description:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.
- Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.
- Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead Automation Transformation & Provide Visibility to Business Segment & Leadership.
