Manual QA Analyst with Healthcare/Medicaid

Required Skills
Bachelor''s degree in Technical, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience translating business requirements and policy documents into detailed test cases and test scenarios.
2+ years of hands-on experience with manual testing, including:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Smoke Testing
Usability Testing
Boundary Value Testing
3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably with Medicaid programs and business processes.

Preferred Skills
Technical or Project Management certifications (desired but not mandatory).
2+ years of experience working with large enterprise or e-business applications.
3+ years of experience using QA/Test Management tools such as:
Jira
Azure DevOps
TestRail
HP ALM or similar tools
3+ years of experience working in both:
Waterfall (SDLC)
Agile/Scrum methodologies
