• As a Copilot Cloud Solution Architect supporting U.S. Intelligence Community customers, you will guide mission and technical leaders from early pilots to secure, sustained, enterprise-wide use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and agents. You will bring deep Exchange expertise across on-premises Exchange Server and Exchange Online, helping customers modernize and govern their messaging environments in hybrid and cloud deployments as a foundation for AI. You will assess readiness across identity, data security, and governance; design adoption and change management plans; and help customers prepare to bring Copilot to both unclassified and classified environments. This opportunity will allow you to build deep expertise in agentic AI and Copilot Studio, shape how the national security community adopts AI, and strengthen your skills as a trusted advisor to senior customer leaders.

• Drive Customer Success : Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
• Leverage Agentic AI : Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale .
• Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey : Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer's AI transformation journey.
• Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
• Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot , business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications (RQs):
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

• OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting, deploying, or administering Microsoft 365 workloads at enterprise scale, including Exchange Server ( on-premises ) and Exchange Online in hybrid environments, along with SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID, and hands-on experience enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Chat.
• Experience preparing an enterprise for Copilot through data security and governance, such as Microsoft Purview sensitivity labeling and data loss prevention, SharePoint permissions and oversharing remediation, and access controls in regulated environments.
• Experience in a customer-facing advisory role leading workshops, adoption plans, and change management with both business and technical decision makers.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
