Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid digital campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Track and improve e-commerce ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, AOV, and other key performance metrics.
  • Analyse campaign, customer, product, and website data to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and performance analyses to communicate campaign results and actionable insights.
  • Use GA4 to analyse customer journeys, traffic sources, conversions, engagement, and e-commerce performance.
  • Implement and maintain accurate marketing and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager.
  • Work with Shopify to analyse store performance, conversion funnels, product performance, and customer behaviour.
  • Identify tracking gaps and coordinate with technical teams to improve data accuracy and attribution.
  • Develop a strong creative strategy based on performance data, customer insights, audience behaviour, and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and creative partners to develop high-performing ad concepts, formats, and messaging.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and proactively identify underperforming areas.
  • Optimise budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and campaign structures to improve efficiency.
  • Translate analytics into clear recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, creative, product, and technology teams to improve the overall customer acquisition funnel.
  • Stay updated on changes in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, attribution practices, and e-commerce trends.
  • Continuously experiment with new growth opportunities, channels, creative approaches, and optimisation techniques.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce growth, or a related role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Data Analytics and performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise e-commerce ROAS and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, AOV, and revenue optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion and event tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data and convert insights into actions.
  • Experience developing performance-focused Creative Strategy and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets and performance reports.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, commercially aware, and focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
