Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

Job Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 concepts, functionality, configuration, and customization.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, particularly Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Portals.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages/Portals development, including end-to-end design, customization, configuration, and integration.
• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 entities, views, dashboards, workflows, and security roles.
• Hands-on experience developing custom Dynamics 365 plugins using the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and data sources using APIs, custom workflows, and other integration methods.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and ASP.NET.
• Experience deploying Dynamics 365 customizations and solutions across multiple environments.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git/GitHub, unit testing, code quality, and performance optimization is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages/Portals, including custom pages, forms, data integration, security, and user experiences.
• Build and customize Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Configure Dynamics 365 entities, views, dashboards, workflows, business logic, and security settings.
• Develop custom C# plugins and other extensions using the Dynamics 365 SDK to implement complex business requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external applications, APIs, databases, and data sources.
• Develop and maintain web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and ASP.NET.
• Write and optimize SQL queries across various database sources.
• Package, deploy, and manage Dynamics 365 solutions and customizations across development, testing, and production environments.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and code quality reviews.
• Use Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD processes to manage source control and application deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong professional experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Power Pages/Portals and Power Apps.
• Strong programming experience in C# and familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with API-based integrations and enterprise application development.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, testing, version control, and deployment practices.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps/CI/CD and GitHub is preferred.
