The Role

• Partner with customers to understand their needs for devices, plans, and services, providing tailored solutions.
• Stay current with the latest technology products and services to offer informed recommendations.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive engagement.
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the sales process and beyond, building customer loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to recommend new or updated products and services that enhance customer connectivity.
