Supply Chain Analyst

Introduction:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to conduct data analysis to improve our supply chain operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Minimum 3 Years experience required.

In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. If you also have experience in logistics and supply chain processes, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to help our supply chain run as smoothly and profitably as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement in the supply chain process.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination in the supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose solutions to streamline logistics processes.

• Advanced Excel: Mastery of pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, index-match, and macros for cleaning and modeling operational data.
• ERP & SCM Software: Basic familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Data Visualization: Ability to build and read dashboards in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Data Querying & Scripting: Working knowledge of SQL for pulling data from databases, plus introductory Python for automation.
• Core Supply Chain Concepts: Understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, material requirements planning (MRP), and the procure-to-pay cycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supply chain analysis or related field.
• Certifications in supply chain management or logistics.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
