Experience

• Experience in Full Stack Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of Agile Scrum teams, contributing to user story analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal application architecture and technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automation scripts to ensure software quality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across front-end and back-end systems.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
• Participate in ongoing refactoring efforts and technical debt reduction initiatives.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for faster and more reliable software delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize features and manage technical requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern development frameworks.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Architecture.
• Experience with JSON and web service technologies.
• Knowledge of Reactive Programming frameworks such as Spring WebFlux, Vert.x, or similar is preferred.

Frontend Development

• Strong experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in developing responsive and adaptive web applications.
• Understanding of modern UI/UX development principles.
