Location: Vance County, NC
Pay: $17+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time

About the Role

Do you enjoy fixing tech problems and keeping systems running? We are hiring an Operations Technology Expert in Vance County, NC to support the technology behind our daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support network, Wi-Fi, and internet connections
  • Answer staff tech questions and solve issues quickly
  • Keep software and equipment updated and working properly
  • Log issues, track fixes, and work with vendors as needed
  • Train staff on systems and new technology
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of IT, help desk, or tech support experience preferred
  • Comfortable with hardware, software, and basic networking
  • Patient, friendly, and strong at explaining tech in simple terms
  • Organized and dependable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
