Job Description

Job Title: Pega Project Manager
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Onsite
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Mandatory Skills:
PEGA, Project Delivery, Agile (Scrum/SAFe)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project plans, scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and financials.
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders for requirements, priorities, and approvals.
  • Lead status reporting, steering committee reviews, and executive communications.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Foster collaboration among business, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.
  • Oversee requirements elaboration, user story grooming, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Ensure successful SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production release readiness.
  • Track KPIs, delivery milestones, quality metrics, and resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years managing enterprise application projects.
  • Strong experience delivering Agile/Scrum-based projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing large distributed teams (onsite/offshore model).
  • Hands-on understanding of SDLC, application development, testing, and production support.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Pega platforms and workflow/case management applications.
  • Automotive industry experience, preferably with OEMs.
  • Experience with warranty, claims, recovery, dealer, or after-sales business processes.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience supporting global rollout or multi-country transformation programs.
