Commercial Lines Producer to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants the stability of an established agency combined with the earning potential of an entrepreneurial sales role. Unlike many producer positions, the agency owner generates a significant amount of referral business through strategic networking, marketing, Realtor and business partnerships, and community involvement. We're looking for a producer who enjoys developing their own relationships and generating new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

To help you succeed, the agency owner will invest in your networking efforts
, including paid memberships and opportunities to attend networking events, business organizations, and community functions throughout New York. Develop new commercial insurance relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Build and manage a profitable commercial book of business. Quote, present, and bind commercial insurance solutions. Cross-sell additional coverages including Business Auto, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Property, Umbrella, Cyber, EPLI, and more.

Work collaboratively with our personal lines team to maximize household opportunities. Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience (required). Proven success producing commercial insurance business. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management. Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
