I have an excellent opportunity to join a leading facilities maintenance company, delivering building services to a high-profile building in Marble Arch on behalf of a major property management company.

The Role You will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and the smooth day-to-day operation of a landmark commercial building.

Hours Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Requirements Apprentice-trained with a strong mechanical background<br />City &amp; Guilds Level 2 &amp; 3 (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification<br />HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification<br />Proven experience in commercial building maintenance<br />Confident and professional manner — client-facing experience essentialKey Duties Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance throughout the building<br />Mechanical PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers and associated plant<br />Maintenance of FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant and associated building services<br />Water treatment and statutory compliance tasks<br />Serving both landlord and tenanted areas across a prestigious estate<br />Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team to deliver an exceptional servicePackage Basic salary up to £47,000<br />24 days annual leave + bank holidays<br />Company pension scheme<br />Private healthcare<br />Generous overtime opportunities<br />Comprehensive internal and external training programmes<br />Clear career progression pathway — with ambitions to develop engineers into supervisory and management rolesInterested?
