Orchard - Producer (CGI assets) Freelance

We need an experienced, client-facing Producer to step into the day-to-day running of one of our CGI workstream on one of our most exciting accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and keep our work moving through the agency. 

What you’ll be doing

Client service:

• Being the day-to-day lead for clients across your assigned accounts
• Managing client expectations proactively and resolving issues before they escalate
• Running regular status meetings with clients and the internal team to track progress, flag risks and agree next steps
• Presenting work and recommendations to clients with confidence
• Keeping relationships with external suppliers on track
• Bringing close attention to detail so everything leaves the agency at a high standard

Delivery:

• Writing clear creative and production briefs
• Working with creative and production teams to make sure concepts are feasible and delivered on time
• Managing a steady volume of work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Finance:

• Creating and overseeing estimates and scopes of work
• Making sure all client work is charged accurately unless agreed otherwise
• Identifying overages early and raising change requests promptly
• Keeping financial reporting and forecasts for your accounts accurate and up to date
• Flagging any significant changes in forecast as soon as they come up

• 4+ years’ agency experience in an account management or client-facing producer role
• Creative or digital agency experience (automotive experience a plus)
• Proven ability to step into live accounts and build client trust quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to clients
• Experience managing multiple client stakeholders and external suppliers
• Solid financial management: estimates, scopes, change requests and forecasting
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Availability to start prior to 2nd November 2026 preferred
