In this role within Site Management Civil, you act as an independent coordination and control function on site. You work closely with project management, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution.

YOUR TASKSMonitor construction progress, quality, and site conditions through regular site visits as Civil Site ManagerEnsure site readiness ahead of key construction activities and verify all required preconditionsOversee and track execution of civil works in line with design documents, specifications, and applicable standardsConduct inspections and release activities for subsequent construction phases based on defined quality criteriaIdentify risks early, proactively escalate deviations, and support implementation of mitigation measuresCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead coordination and technical meetingsTrack project milestones, ensure compliance with HSE requirements, and provide structured reporting and documentationOpportunity to grow into a full lifecycle role, including later project phases such as turbine erection.
