IT Systems Associate

Repair and maintain company laptops, desktops, and peripherals while supporting employees with day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Configure new devices, manage equipment inventory, perform preventive maintenance, document recurring problems, and escalate complex issues. This is an on-site role in an office and warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals, including replacing components.
• Set up new devices with operating systems, software, and user accounts.
• Respond to employee support requests and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Track equipment, repair histories, spare parts, and loaner devices.
• Troubleshoot printers, monitors, docking stations, and office network connectivity.
• Perform preventive maintenance, document recurring issues, and escalate complex problems.
