• Schedule & Pay 
  • Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly
  • Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Every other holiday required 
  • $23.00/hour

 

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Ensures community safety and regulatory compliance
• Works with maintenance vendors to schedule and maintain service schedules.
• Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting. 
• Assists with transport/ resident appointments as needed

• Prefer 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
• Must obtain Direct Care Staff Training Certification (company will provide directives) within 30 days of hire. 

Full Time Position

Pay is based on experience: $19 - 22 per hour.
