GenAI Developer (Exp-11 Years)-Full time-Hybrid

Seeking an experienced GenAI Developer with 11+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Python, and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI/LLM-powered applications using Python.

• Build RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations.

• Work with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.

• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.

• Implement document processing, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.

• Evaluate and optimize LLM performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of software development experience.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

• Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.

• Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
