AutoCad Layout Designer

Avanciers Incorporated is hiring an AutoCad Layout Designer for one of our clients.

Role: AutoCAD Layout Designer
Location: Richmond, VA (Remote with occasional onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Layout Designer with 5+ years of experience in factory layout design and 3D modeling.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Develop 3D factory models using existing 2D drawings.

• Convert 2D factory layouts into 3D digital twins.

• Map existing buildings in 3D.

• Experience with AutoCAD 2000 and DCX Systems Layouts (Body-in-White assembly lines).

• Hands-on experience with Siemens Tecnomatix, Autodesk Factory Design, Dassault DELMIA Virtual Factory, or equivalent software.

• High School Diploma required.

• Must be a dedicated team player with strong work ethics.

Interview Process: In-person for local candidates; remote/online for non-local candidates.
