This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, forward‑thinking business where your skills will be valued, your ideas will be heard and your development will be supported from day one.<br />Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you’ll play a key role in keeping manufacturing equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem‑solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly.<br />The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment
• Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root‑cause mindset
• Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems
• Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects
• Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
• Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health &amp; Safety at all times<br />Ideal Candidate:
• Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance
• Understanding of hydraulics, overhead cranes and pneumatics
• FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus)
• Knowledge of Siemens or Fanuc controls (advantage)<br />Th Package:
• £38 - £39,000 DOE + overtime opportunities
