• Increasing the use of AI and automation
• Leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development
• Development across Java, React, APIs, and SQL
• Hands-on technical experience is particularly important.

Nice to Have:

• Python — explicitly described as a plus, not required
• GitHub Copilot / AI development exposure
• S3 / modern data-storage exposure
