Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate and asset services organization, is seeking a Sr. Payroll Administrator  Payables Administrator to join their team. As a Sr. Payroll Administrator  Payables Administrator, you will be part of the Accounting and Operations team supporting payroll, accounts payable, and client services functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a sense of urgency that will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Payroll Administrator  Payables Administrator
Location: On site PT days 5am-10am
Pay Range: DOE
What's the Job?

  • Process weekly payroll for approximately 140 employees, including union and non-union staff.
  • Administer payroll activities using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage employee benefits, deductions, union dues, workers' compensation, FMLA, and related payroll compliance activities.
  • Code and process invoices through the NEXUS payable system and assist with purchase orders and funding draws.
  • Prepare arrears reports, participate in client meetings, and support accounting and operations projects.
What's Needed?
  • 5-10 years of payroll administration and accounts payable experience BGC DT REQ
  • Experience processing payroll for mid-size to large organizations.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Yardi, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits administration, union payroll, and statutory filings.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and strong written and verbal communication skills.
